Normal Types
Were starting with normal because, well, they are normal! There are 80 normal type pokemon(including dual types). Here, I will Be doing a Summary of them, with movesets for them, and base stats. They are in order that they are in the pokedex so are easy to find! Stand By as i have just begun this and have not gotten much of a chance to do much with it!
Pidgeot and its earlier stages. The First Ever Normal Type Pokemon:

Nature: Adamant(+Attack - Special Attack)

EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Steel Wing(covers 2 of Pidgeots' weaknesses), Fly(needed for getting around, pretty strong, STAB), Return(Excellent power with max happiness, STAB), and Double Team/Featherdance(for some defenses).
Conclusion: Pidgeot can be a great pokemon, and as most of the early flying type pokemon are, can be a great way to back up your starter.

Rattata and Raticate. Two Classics:
The First ever "plain normal type pokemon, Raticate is a classic.

Raticate: HP: 55 Attack: 81 Defense: 60 Special Attack: 50 Special Defense: 70 Speed: 97 Total: 413
Evolutions: Rattata>Raticate at lvl 20
Movesets: Raticate is barely good as a sweeper and thats all.
Nature: Adamant(+Attack - Special attack)
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 HP, 4 Speed
Moves: Well Start with Some STAB. Use Return to begin. If your Raticate doesnt have Extreme max happiness, then use Strength instead. Now, for a little coverage, use Crunch. For some more coverage, use Iron Tail. And Finally, the last slot is pretty optional. You Could Put in Swords Dance, to double attack, or Endeaver, as raticate has pretty low health.
Conclusion: Raticate can be a fairly decent pokemon, if you know how to train him. He can have decent moves, and stats.

Movesets: Fearow Does Not Have The Defense To Be anything but a Sweeper and only has attack, for Physical Sweeping, and He Is Pretty Good At That.
Physical Sweeper:

EVs: 252 Special Defense, 252 Defense, 4 Speed
Moves: Return(For Some Strong, Accurate, STAB), Drill Peck or Fly(For More STAB, I Like Fly Better, But Overall, they are about equal, so choose what you like!), Steel Wing(Covers Rock And Ice Weaknesses), and Hidden Power/Roost(Hidden Power If You Can Get A Ground Type Hidden Power, To Cover Electric Weakness, Or Roost, For Healing).
